Hello
I am a New York City based musician playing Upright bass, Electric bass (4-string, 5-string, fretless), and Guitar. I am also a composer, transcriber, and recording engineer.
My Story
Broadway Shows: I have played bass for a number of Broadway shows including: Smokey Joe's Cafe; Bring In 'Da Noise, Bring In 'Da Funk; The Producers; Fun Home; Pretty Woman; Memphis and many others. One of those others was Jersey Boys, for which I also sang and performed choreography.

Off-Broadway Shows have included: National Pastime; An Unbalanced Mind; All Aboard; Upside Down; and again, when it moved to an Off-Broadway theater, Jersey Boys. I also played for The Radio City Christmas Spectacular during 3 seasons.

Latin Jazz: I have played latin jazz with many combos throughout New York City, playing Samba; Bossa Nova; Mambo; Cha Cha, Merengue, Guaguanco; Pachanga and Songo. I was also a founding member of Funkloric (folkloric & indigionous world music). Currently, I am involved with drummer Kenny Hassler's project, Kenny & The Jets, which incorporates many of the styles listed above, as well as odd-meter pieces.​

Traditional Jazz & Swing​: The Lew Anderson Big Band; The Big Band Society; Michael Feinstein;
Liza Minelli; and many 4-6 piece straight-ahead jazz ensembles.

Transcription & Composition: I transcribe songs for lead sheets and solos for jazz instruction. I co-wrote the pieces on the 2-CD live album, Funkloric. My solo album, Echo, features my original compositions along with a few covers. I am currently working on my second solo album.

Recording: In my home studio, Celestial Studios, I record my own projects, offer recording services for voice over, audio books, and small ensembles.
